1 - PREPARE YOUR HAIR FOR THE HOLIDAYS
Before leaving and during your stay, we advise you to use repairing and moisturizing shampoos, without forgetting to carry out hair care .
But above all: don't forget to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water !
2 - COVER YOUR HAIR
Simple but effective, wearing a hat or a cloth to cover the hair is strongly recommended.
Prefer hats with wide brims, which will provide more shadows and protect a larger area.
3 - APPLY THERMAL PROTECTION
We advise you to apply thermal protection without rinsing before and after each swim, just like sun protection for the body.
Products such as protective oils or sprays , equipped with a UV filter are therefore the essentials to take away!
4 - AVOID ANY OTHER SOURCE OF HEAT
In addition to the heat of the sun, be careful not to rinse your hair with hot water during your showers. Instead, rinse with cold or lukewarm water .
Likewise, we advise you to let your hair dry naturally and to limit the use of heated appliances such as straighteners, hair dryers, curlers, etc.
5 - COLORING WILL HAVE TO WAIT
Colored hair is much more sensitive to aggressions caused by sea water and the sun than natural hair. Without protection, the scales of the hair will open, allowing the color pigments to escape. The color may change in this case!
