In which countries do you deliver?
We currently deliver in France (including Corsica and DOM-TOM) and throughout Europe. We do not yet ship outside of Europe.
Delivery times and costs
Most orders are prepared and delivered to the carrier within 24-48 working hours after purchase, Monday to Saturday except holidays. During busy periods, this may take up to 3 working days.
The cost of delivery depends on the total weight of your order, the destination and the delivery method and destination.
If you opt for Standard Home Delivery, here are the indicative delivery times (once your order has been prepared):

Please note that :
- Your order will be delivered by the carrier at any time of the day from Monday to Friday, between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. and on Saturday, between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m.
- If you are absent during delivery and your package does not fit in your mailbox, the carrier reserves the right to drop off your package at the post office or partner relay point closest to you or at a third party. person

I ordered by Mondial Relay but I didn't have time to pick up my order, what's going on?
If you do not pick up your order at the relay point, it will be returned to us automatically after 14 days. You will then be reimbursed for your order, minus the shipping costs. Note that if you had benefited from free delivery for your order, the refund will be reduced by a lump sum of 4.99 euros.
Note that if you were unable to pick up your order due to an error on our part (parcel sent to the wrong relay point for example), the refund is made without reduction.
To obtain your refund, you must contact our after-sales service firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number and the name used for it.
Customs duties outside the European Union and in the DOM-TOMs
In Switzerland, the United Kingdom as well as in certain DOM-TOMs such as Reunion, orders are subject to customs duties. Taxes may be required for the receipt of your order. These taxes are your responsibility and can in no case be claimed from us.
What to do in case of delivery problem?
The deadlines are given for information only and do not constitute a legal obligation.
In the event of a delay of more than 15 days, we will resend the order free of charge, provided that the customer agrees to return the first order to us once received.
We use software that allows real-time tracking of shipment location and delivery. If a product appears as 'Delivered', but you have not received anything, we invite you to go to your post office as soon as possible or ask your caretaker if necessary.
We are not responsible for theft or loss of packages if they are marked as 'Delivered' by our partner. In case of concern you can however contact our after-sales service email@example.com
Our formulas all contain between 94% and 100% ingredients of natural origin.
All our cosmetic products are made in France.
