Terms and conditions

For each return or exchange, please:

- Bring your order number and the surname and first name that were used for the purchase. Your order number is listed in the order confirmation and shipping notification email and begins with #MMJ.

- Make your return by colissimo only and keep your tracking number. Be sure to keep the cash register receipt and the purchase invoice in case we reimburse you for the return costs (in the event of an error on our part during shipping).

- For any order made via Paypal, you have the option of requesting reimbursement of the return costs by Paypal. You can activate this service here: https://www.paypal.com/be/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns?locale.x=fr_BE

You can reuse the box in which you received your products provided that it is still in good condition. You can print the label directly from the La Poste website or from an automaton at the post office: https://boutique.laposte.fr/

Attention, for any exchange or refund, the products must in no case have already been opened or used and must be returned in their original state.

OMA & ME cannot be held responsible in the event of loss or theft by La Poste of your exchange or return. The tracking number prevails.

Exchange your product

OMA & ME offers you the possibility of exchanging one or more products from your order up to 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. The return remains your responsibility except in the event of an error on our part.

You can make a maximum of one exchange per order. Beyond 14 calendar days, returns and exchanges are no longer possible.

Please follow the following procedure:

- Contact our after-sales service at contact@oma-and-me.com indicating your name and order number and the product for which you wish to exchange

- Our after-sales service will tell you the address to which to return the package as well as the information to be included on the exchange voucher

- Your exchange will be reshipped within 8 working days after receipt of your return.

NB1: Exchanges without a voucher cannot be processed.

NB2: Please return the products to us by colissimo with a tracking number, this allows us to clearly note the delivery to our warehouse of your return.

NB3: Under no circumstances should returned products have been opened. Thus, the protections that we use to guarantee their tightness (operculum or tape type) cannot have been removed.

In the event of an exchange for a less expensive product or a temporarily discounted product, we will refund the difference in the form of a credit note.

Get your order refunded

OMA & ME offers you the possibility of returning one or more products from the order to us up to 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. Delivery costs will not be reimbursed for requests for reimbursement following a return of which the product does not suit you: you will therefore be reimbursed for the amount of your order minus the amount of the shipping costs. These are actual costs charged by our service provider applied to each order.

To return your order, please follow these steps:

- Contact our after-sales service at contact@oma-and-me.com indicating your name and order number and the product(s) for which you wish to obtain a refund

- Our after-sales service will tell you the address to which to return the package as well as the information to be included on the refund voucher

- You will be refunded within 8 working days after receiving your return.

NB2: Please return the products to us by colissimo with a tracking number, this allows us to clearly note the delivery to our warehouse of your return.

I ordered by Mondial Relay but I didn't have time to pick up my order, what's going on?

If you do not pick up your order at the relay point, it will be returned to us automatically after 14 days. You will then be reimbursed for your order, minus the shipping costs. Note that if you had benefited from free delivery for your order, the refund will be reduced by a lump sum of 4.99 euros.

Note that if you were unable to pick up your order due to an error on our part (parcel sent to the wrong relay point for example), the refund is made without reduction.

To obtain your refund, you must contact our after-sales service contact@oma-and-me.com indicating your order number and the name used for it.

Reimbursement of a damaged product received

Before each shipment, we check each product, and pay particular attention to leaks. We carefully pack and protect all our shipments in kraft paper or with bubble wrap and protect the openings.

However, it may happen that the product arrives damaged. This is linked to shocks during transport which can in particular cause a liquid leak.

In the event of total damage to the product making it impossible to use (for example a shampoo or a mask completely spilled in the package), we will proceed either to a return of the product free of charge or to a refund of your order. Here is the procedure:

- Write an email to the address: contact@oma-and-me.com indicating your name and order number and inform us of the problem encountered. We ask you to take a picture of the potential damage.

- Tell us if you want to receive a new product or be reimbursed for your order

In the event of partial damage to the product (for example a slight leak), contact us at contact@oma-and-me.com indicating your name and order number . We will try to find a solution. We ask you to take a picture of the potential damage.

Your shipment or refund will be made within 8 days.
